Omega 365 Lithuania is strengthening its collaboration with Klaipėda University by bringing real-world industry knowledge into the classroom. Giovanni Di Noto and Aleksandr Narožnij offer students practical insights, supporting both student growth and bridging the gap between academia and industry.

Last month the new Dance Sport specialization for the Leisure Sports studies bachelor’s degree program was presented during a press conference at Klaipėda University. After a 10-year break, the University aims to bring back the champion spirit of dance sport and to train professionals in this field. The unique feature of the new specialization offered by the University is that graduates will not only be able to pursue a career as performers, but also as coaches or teachers.

At 4 June 2024, Klaipeda University (KU) opened its new smart coworking space EU-CONEXUS (European University for Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability), which is designed for both work and leisure. The new space will allow students and members of the university community to gather, work, and relax. It is expected to be the birthplace of many new ideas and important research papers.

Recently representatives from the Lithuanian Football Federation and Klaipeda University signed a partnership agreement.

Bachelor students have a great opportunity to become a part of European University EU-CONEXUS, to gain additional Bachelor specialisation – Minor – and it is for free!

The winter images of the Baltic seashore might seem blindingly white, but the layer of snow covers the dark side of this beautiful sight – the environmentally damaging litter left behind or washed away by the waves. The quantities of litter found on Lithuanian beaches exceeds the European standart which defines the good condition of beaches by a dozen to several dozen times over. The situation is no better in Latvia either.

The autumn courses of the Lithuanian language and culture for Ukrainians at Klaipeda University (KU) ended with a lively closing ceremony.

All international students who arrive at Klaipeda University for their studies have an opportunity to apply for accommodation at one of the two university dormitories. It is also possible to keep your dormitory room during the summer holiday period.

Klaipeda University established 11 scholarships for Students from Eastern Partnership Countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Kazakhstan). More information how to apply for Scholarship will be provided soon! Stay tuned!
