Application procedure for degree students at Klaipeda University

However, shortly, to apply to Klaipeda University (KU), you have to complete the application form on this system, upload required documents such as your passport, educational certificates, proof of English proficiency, a passport-style photo, and an Apostille-certified approval document.

The application fee is €180 (€75 for EU and Eastern Partnership countries), which is non-refundable. Applications are evaluated by an academic commission, followed by an online interview if shortlisted. Upon acceptance, applicants pay the tuition fee to receive a formal Letter of Acceptance, and the university assists with documents for visa/TRP processing. Tuition is refunded in case of visa/TRP rejection.
