Overview
The aim of the Business Management study programme is to educate qualified specialists in business management, and to provide them with a varied and in-depth set of skills and experiences, to share with them the latest developments in management science, and to better prepare them to work as specialists and managers in a variety of different management areas.
Programme structure
Business Design Methodology, Methods of Strategic Management, Advanced Leadership System, Sustainable Business Development, Application of Statistical Methods to Management, Investment Management, Organisational Culture Development, Business Communications and Decision Making, Innovation Strategies, Research Project, Master’s Final Thesis, and three electives.
The acquired knowledge and abilities enable one to start one’s own business, to work as top-level manager, also as a functional manager of personnel, finance, production, and marketing.
Career opportunities
The knowledge and abilities provided in this study programme prepare graduates to create their own business, or to work in top and middle management positions, to provide advice as either internal or external consultants in the establishment and development of organisations, or as experts in specific areas of managerial activity.
